What are your interests?
I love reading books ranging from Sydney Sheldon’s mystery novels to popular inspirational books of Rhonda Byrne and Paulo Coelho. Besides that, I try to make time for exercise and I love swimming.
Tell us about a life-changing experience or adventure you’ve been on.
My trek to Triund in Dharamshala was an adventure I will remember for life. Experiencing the local sights, living and working in those harsh conditions was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
What is your area of expertise?
My area of expertise is in Clinical Examination, which is about assessing my patients’ existing muscular imbalance, postural malalignments and finding the weakest link in their body. Another area is patient counselling, where I educate them on the various active ways to deal with their problem and help them become aware of the changes they need to make in their lifestyle. And of course, pain management with dry needling as and when that is required.
What is the most fulfilling part of the job?
The most fulfilling part of the job is to see people become pain free, happy and feel confident when they get discharged from the clinic. It’s so rewarding when you know you have made the difference in that person’s life.
